Response time SLA set by region (e.g., 12h for US, 24h for India due to timezone)
Documentation updated with troubleshooting for payment issues by country
Refund/cancellation policy reviewed for each region (e.g., some countries have mandatory cooling-off periods)
Customer success/onboarding playbook adapted for each region (e.g., email-first for US, WhatsApp-first for India)
Pricing rule management process documented (who can change %? Who approves?)

Script tag added to production checkout page
VPN detection enabled or disabled (policy decision made)
Pricing rules created in PriceParity dashboard
